Sustainability Story
Our journey with the Save the Elephants began in 2021, when they reached out to us seeking a sustainable solution to offset their yearly emissions. In response, we collaborated with them to support the Stand for Trees Kasigau Wildlife Sanctuary project.
In the lush expanse of the Kasigau Wildlife Sanctuary, the elephants find not just a refuge but a thriving ecosystem where they roam freely amidst verdant landscapes. Here, within the sanctuary’s boundaries, these majestic creatures forge bonds, nurture their young, and traverse ancient paths etched by generations past. The wildlife rangers of Kasigau are the unsung heroes of conservation, dedicating their lives to protecting the sanctuary’s precious biodiversity and ensuring the safety of its inhabitants, including the majestic elephants.
Ultimately, Save the Elephants neutralized a total of 739 tonnes of carbon dioxide over the years 2021 and 2022. Through their partnership with the Stand for Trees Kasigau Wildlife Sanctuary project, they made a significant impact on the fight against climate change and on wild elephants’ survival.
